One to one or small group practice...
Working one to one in your own environment can yield great results and really improve your overall wellbeing.
Maybe group practice is overwhelming or you need your class to be tailored to your individual issues, injuries or goals. Some couples or families prefer their yoga to come to them and it can be a wonderful activity to share together.
